Antoinette Easson
Founder
A4 Conveyancing was founded in 2016 by Antoinette, following more than 40 years of experience as a conveyancer in Victoria.
Throughout her career, Antoinette was deeply passionate about property law and dedicated to providing her clients with detailed, professional and personalised conveyancing services. She built A4 Conveyancing on a genuine commitment to her clients and took great pride in helping people navigate some of the most important property decisions of their lives.
Today, A4 Conveyancing continues to operate in loving memory of Antoinette. We are proud to carry forward the values, care and dedication that defined her career, ensuring her passion for conveyancing and commitment to her clients remain at the heart of everything we do.
Her legacy continues through A4 Conveyancing.
Madeline Limer
Director and Licensed Conveyancer
I began my career in conveyancing in 2009 and went on to complete my Diploma and become a licensed conveyancer. Throughout my career, I have worked with a number of Melbourne-based firms, gaining valuable experience across all aspects of conveyancing.
I particularly enjoy working on residential property transactions and being part of such an important milestone in my clients’ lives. Buying or selling a property can be both exciting and overwhelming, and my focus is on making the conveyancing process as smooth, straightforward and stress-free as possible.
Having been part of the A4 Conveyancing team since 2017, I have developed a strong connection to the business and its clients. In 2026, I was proud to take on the role of Director and am excited about continuing to grow A4 Conveyancing while maintaining the personal service, care and attention to detail that our clients value.
My priority is always my clients. I am committed to being approachable, keeping you informed throughout the process and working diligently to help ensure your transaction progresses smoothly from start to finish.
Patrizia Barcartta
Licensed Conveyancer
With over 25 years of experience in the conveyancing industry, I have been helping clients navigate property transactions since 2000.
Up until 2019, I also had the privilege of teaching and mentoring aspiring conveyancers, helping them become licensed professionals.
Property law is my passion, and I genuinely love helping people navigate the process of buying and selling property. There’s nothing more rewarding than assisting clients through the journey of purchasing a property and seeing them settle into their very own home.
Jaime Bunworth
Conveyancer
Jaime began her conveyancing career in 2024 with A4 Conveyancing as an Administrative Assistant. Since joining the team, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to her work, a willingness to learn, and a passion for developing her knowledge of the conveyancing industry.
As an aspiring Conveyancer, Jaime is dedicated to furthering her studies and gaining the qualifications required to become a fully licensed Conveyancer. She is excited to continue building her skills and experience while growing her career within the industry.
